LOCAL CREDIT UNION - LIVE OAK FLORIDA - APRIL 2004
HP Laser Jet 4000 was jamming and making grinding noises. Hank was called by the clients contracted warranty company to perform services. Hank diagnosed the problem quickly and prescribed the correct solution. A Maintenance Kit was ordered and the repair took Hank less than thirty minutes.

HOME CUSTOMER - LAKE CITY FLORIDA -  APRIL 2004
Provided Home Customer with PURCHASE CONSULTATION on a new DELL system. After determining the best system and price to fit needs, payment was received by Hank and the system was ordered on MOBITECH4U.com's DELL business account and qualified for the best price possible. Hank received the DELL computer and tested it for problems before removing junk programs and installing quality value added software. Hank performed onsite delivery and setup with data migration and user training. Only after the 21 day return policy, to ensure total customer satisfaction, warranty ownership and support for the customer was then officially transferred from Hank to DELL for the remainder of the standard parts and onsite labor support warranty.

PHARMACY KIOSK - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - MAR 2004
Contracted by a national KIOSK company to remove a defective KIOSK from a Super Market Pharmacy in Jacksonville and ship back to depot. Acquired all materials including pallets to properly package, stretch wrap, and securely tie down KIOSK.  

MORTGAGE AND LOAN COMPANY - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - FEB 2004
Contracted by a national IT company to perform a Site Survey and T-1 Demark run that revealed additional needs and turned into a full site move and a rack move. Hank quickly assembled a team of certified professionals over a weekend and took one day to move an entire branch office of DELL desktops, dumb terminals, a dumb terminal server and a rack with CISCO routers. Coordinated with multiple departments to ensure all computers, dumb terminals and servers were up and running with full connectivity before closing work order.

HOME CUSTOMER - LIVE OAK FLORIDA -  2003
Established an Alternative Financing Plan for a home user to receive and eventually own a brand new DELL computer.

BANK MORTGAGE OFFICE - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA -  2003
Customer had received two name brand all-in-one printers and could not get to function. Hank was called to diagnose/install printers.  Both printers were found to be defective as shipped from an out of state seller and were returned for refund.

Sold customer a refurbished DELL computer on an easy payment plan. 

AUTO PARTS STORE - LAKE CITY FLORIDA - 2003
Client was frustrated with a series of constant network crashes and poor contracted support from an out of area company. This affected a front-end POS system and cost him money for each hour it was down. Hank was able to set him up with a simple back-up system and training that will allow him to restore his network to full functionality within minutes in case of future software corruption virus or other crash.

MILD TO WILD MOTORCYCLE STORE - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - 2003
The old network worked fine until a new software database installation could not work properly on all computers. Client thought it was a hardware connectivity issue. Hank did a network analysis and pinpointed three computers that were culprits and fixed the problems very quickly.

ANTHONY - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - 2003
Client got stuck building clone system from Computer Show. Hank assembled his parts and installed Windows XP pro and had him on his way in under 1.5 hours.

RICH AND BARB - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - 2003
Replaced bad modem and hard drive for an older computer. Then later, frustrated with poor service and weak warranty support from a national retail chain store on a system they bought from the store and after 4 months of no usable computer after repeated mailings to a computer repair facility, they decided the extended warranty was no longer worth the effort to collect on and called me again and I upgraded them to a new operating system and resolved all problems in a matter of days.

Recovered vital data files from dead hard drive. Upgraded main studio computer.

OUTSOURCING TO LOCAL COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP - JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA - 2002
Mentored and tutored shop technicians who were getting behind on repairs. Made fast and accurate diagnosis of customers computers and provided technicians with checklist of exact steps to follow to achieve maximum repair efficiency. Helped shop owner clear backlog of repairs in one day. Went onsite to several businesses and homes, installed a TOSHIBA networked Office Copier saving a company $100+ over having the copier place do it.

Upgraded existing Operations Desktop with Custom Built System. Migrated client invoicing program and setup ODBC.

Troubleshooting of existing small office network. Centralization of File Storage. Conducted Data Migrations and resolved File-Duplications. Implemented and conducted Data Back-up procedures.
